After calling to make your reservation, please fill out the agreement form below and submit it to us. We must receive this agreement form in order to complete your reservation.

Before you proceed, you must read our legal statement. By making a reservation, you are agreeing and accepting all legal items listed below and hereby certify that you are at least 25 years of age.

Rental Policies • 5 night midweek special for winter • 1night free in summer with seven consecutive nights (non-holiday) • Check-in time 4:00 pm / Check-out time 10:00 am • $7.00/person/night for extra people over 2 years old in summer; $10.00/person/night for extra person in winter • $100 deposit required to hold reservations w/credit cards • 14 day notice required for cancellation (non-holiday) • 30 day notice required for holiday reservations • $20.00 service charge on all cancellations • Limited maid service • All rates subject to Mono County bed tax Sorry - No Pets, No Exceptions Prices subject to change without notice.
